Our treatments
Orthodontics for Children
As specialists in the early treatment of children, we determine the ideal moment to guide the proper development of teeth and jaws to facilitate future orthodontic treatment.
We recommend the first consultation between ages 6 and 8, to ensure that any abnormal development of the teeth and/or jaw can be detected early and treatment optimized.
Usually a small fixed or removable device is enough for :
- Guiding jaw growth;
- Reducing the risk of trauma to front teeth if they are very proeminent;
- Balancing the width of the dental arches;
- Correcting bad habits (e.g. thumb sucking);
- Improving the aesthetics of the teeth;
- Guiding tooth eruption into a more favorable position;
- Promoting facial harmony;
- Improving self-confidence;
- Improving speech.
In some cases, it is advisable to treat when the child is still growing. In this way, the complexity of future treatment can be reduced, and in some cases, maxillofacial surgery can be avoided.
Orthodontics for Teenagers
Treatments for teenagers are carried out between ages 11 and 17. By this time, all definitive teeth have erupted, providing an ideal opportunity to straighten and restore smiles for life. We work with metal brackets, ceramic brackets or clear aligners. An attractive smile goes a long way! In an image-driven generation, one of the best social tools is a beautiful smile. We often start treatment around 11-12 years of age, when the new teeth have grown in, although we often prefer to start earlier. And for the older child and young adult, we schedule treatment with an acute awareness of both social and academic needs, key concerns during these teenage years.
Orthodontics for Adults
Whether you are referred by your dentist or wish to take your smile into your own hands, now is the right time to think about your orthodontic treatment! Nowadays, there are many options available for discreetly and effectively rectifying the position of your teeth. In fact, orthodontic treatment can bring you many benefits like :
- Helping improve oral hygiene and preventing gum problems;
- Helping prevent or reduce bone loss;
- Improving dental and facial aesthetics;
- Improving masticatory function;
- Improving self-confidence and self-esteem;
- Improving oral health.
In collaboration with your dentist or other specialists, we will consider the specifics of your teeth and suggest the aesthetic treatment best suited to your needs (transparent aligners - Invisalign/Spark - or ceramic braces).
Aligners
Clear alignersInvisalign, Sparkare thermoformed, custom-made aligners designed to align teeth. They are often worn by adults to enhance aesthetics, but can also be used by growing children and teenagers to correct tooth position, while simultaneously enhancing the occlusion.
Orthodontics and maxillofacial surgery
When the upper and lower jaws don't correspond and the growth process is complete, it may be necessary to perform a surgical step to achieve an optimal orthodontic result. By working hand in hand with your maxillo-facial surgeon, we plan and carry out the pre- and post-surgical orthodontic steps required for your treatment.
Sleep Apnoea
For mild to moderate sleep apnoea diagnosed by your doctor, we plan and organize the custom fitting of a mandibular advancement orthosis.
Treatment steps

Initial consultation: preliminary assessment to define treatment objectives and identify the treatment best suited to your needs. The cost of the first consultation is CHF 105.

Fitting the appliances: once the treatment plan has been validated, we set up the equipment needed to ensure the success of your treatment.

End of treatment: fitting the retainers - to ensure the longevity of your results.

Our rates
We apply the rates of the SSO (Société Suisse des Médecins-dentistes) and our point value is CHF 1.-.
The treatment cost will depend on the difficulty of the treatment, its duration and the choice of appliance used.
